You are in Gravedona ed Uniti, a corner of Lake Como full of things to do and see without haste, in complete calm and relaxation. If you find wandering around markets one of these relaxing activities, every day there is a market in a different village. So even if you don’t want to move from your poolside lounger today, tomorrow might be a good day to do some typical shopping. Gravedona, Dongo, Colico, Menaggio are at most 20 minutes’ drive from the Hotel Regina.
Your rest by the lake can be pleasantly interrupted by a walk that starts directly from the hotel and goes all the way to Colico along the upper Lake Como, the route is completely flat.
If you feel more ‘trained’, we can show you several walking routes in the mountains without high altitude differences, and recommend several mid-mountain routes with various levels of difficulty. We will provide you with hiking maps, so you can either set off directly from the hotel on foot or drive up the height in just a few minutes (just above the hotel a 5-minute drive away).
Using the boat or hydrofoil, you can reach Lake Como’s most renowned villas in a short time, such as Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo or Villa Balbianello in Lenno, or cross the lake to admire the centuries-old Cistercian Monastery of Piona.
